Netted Cat Enclosures
Pet Nets catios and cat enclosures look great because we use a frameless system. We aim for minimal aesthetic interference so that you and your cats can enjoy the enclosure without feeling enclosed at all.
We use low-vis black cat net which recedes to the eye, and doesn’t block out the sun or your view of the yard. Cat net is strong, braided PE netting that is UV stabilised and heat sealed at every knot. Pet Nets installers are wizards when it comes to fitting a net. Our cat enclosures are not only beautiful to the eye but are built to last .

Will a Cat Enclosure Work at Your Place?
Catios and cat enclosures come in all shapes and sizes, and will work in most backyards. Side walkway enclosures are a popular choice, but we can also net whole backyards, patios, verandahs and balconies. If you have a fenced property with a side walkway, backyard, courtyard, deck or balony then we should be able to enclose an area for your cat.
Cats love spending time outdoors. It doesn’t take a lot to transform an outdoor space into a kitty wonderland. Fill your enclosure with things for your cat to scratch, to lounge on, to climb up high, and of course, lots of plants. It takes a little time for a cat who has had their freedom to adjust to an enclosure, they will need a little more love and attention from you along the way.
What if you rent?
If you rent, you will need to obtain permission from your landlord before you proceed. We install a frameless system, which means the netting needs to be secured to the existing structures in the yard. We aim for minimal impact on the home, however we still need to screw into the masonry and fence cap. Please get in touch and we give you detailed advice of the impact of installation.
Zipper Gates
It’s recommended that your cat enclosure has one or more entry points. If you already have a gate installed, our system for enclosure can accommodate the the gate as an access point. If you need an entry installed, we can fit a fixed plane of net with an L-Shape Zipper opening. Zipper gates are strong, long lasting and easy to use.
